Carlos Varela Dialogue with Cuba Conference 1998 |
Cuban singer & songwriter Carlos Varela solo at the Berkeley Community Theater as part of the University of California at Berkeley sponsored conference "A Dialogue with Cuba" March 19-21, 1998. The cultural event included Canadian jazz artist Jane Bunnet performing with a group ofCubans and local musicians and readings by Nancy Morejon, one of Cuba's leading poets.
