This meeting was called by Pacific Steel Casting to comply with the Bay Area Air Quality Management Hearing Board's ruling that directed PSC to conduct community outreach to Berkeley residents. Robert Delsol, one of two families with longterm ownership of the foundry, made a rare community appearance. Also speaking to the gathering of residents was Christina Chan, spokesperson for Pacific Steel.
